All books and printables are digital products. No physical items will be posted.
Once your payment is confirmed, your download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. You can also access your download from your order confirmation page.
Each product listing explains what’s included and the file format. PDF books can be opened on your phone, tablet or computer using a PDF reader. You may print your purchased files for personal use.
Can’t find your download?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email hasn’t arrived, the link isn’t working or you’re having trouble opening a file, email sanita@posivibestudio.com with your order number. I’ll help you get it sorted.
Refunds & cancellations⌄
All books and printables sold by PosiVibe Studio are digital downloads. No physical items need to be returned.
Cancelling your purchase
If UK consumer cancellation rights apply to your purchase, you have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after your order is placed. You don’t need to give a reason.
To cancel, email sanita@posivibestudio.com with a clear request. Please include your order number so I can find your purchase.
For a valid cancellation, I’ll issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using your original payment method unless we agree otherwise. No cancellation fee applies.
Something wrong with your file?
If your download is faulty, incomplete or doesn’t match its description, email me with your order number and details of the problem.
I’ll help resolve it by correcting or replacing the file at no cost. If that isn’t possible, or cannot be done within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
The 14-day cancellation period does not limit your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed digital content. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
